As the year was coming to an end, Visionary Girls Ministry Uganda (VGM), we chose to close it with love, action, and service to humanity. It was a season filled with many activities, but one of the most impactful was our One-Day Medical Camp, which was held on 19th November 2025.
This medical camp was not just an event but it was a lifeline.
A Medical Camp with a Heart
Many people in our communities suffer in silence because they cannot afford medical care. At Visionary Girls Ministry Uganda, we believe that no one should suffer simply because they are poor.
During the VGM Medical Camp, we were able to administer medical treatment to everyone who came, especially those who could not afford hospital fees. Children, women, and the elderly received care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
For those who were too weak or had no means of transport, we arranged transportation so they could reach the medical camp safely. No one was left behind.
Caring Beyond Treatment
Our care did not stop at medicine alone.
We provided lunch to all participants, knowing that healing also requires strength and nourishment. For those who traveled from very far places and could not return home the same day, we offered accommodation, allowing them to rest and return home safely the following day.
This was more than a medical camp. It was a full expression of love in action.
Why We Do What We Do
Visionary Girls Ministry Uganda exists to serve vulnerable people, especially women and families, with practical help and hope. Every smile we saw, every life touched, reminded us why this mission matters.
But the need is still great.
Many more people are still waiting for help. Many communities still lack access to basic medical care, food, and support.
